The Technology of Connecting Light — Core Practice and Heart of the Path

ATTENTION: It is recommended to read Chapters I-VII first to understand the map of consciousness, the concept of the Womb of Light, the stages of wushul, the role of the Prophet ﷺ and Az-Zahra, and the essence of Al-Mahdiyyin before practicing this series of sholawat.

From this treatise, we present the practice series that is the heart of Sulam Nurul Muttashil. If the previous seven chapters were the map of the journey of consciousness, then this chapter is the spiritual engine that moves the soul towards true connection (Ittisal).

The Series of Sholawat Nurul Muttashil is designed as a means (wasilah) for inner purification, sharpening the intellect, and returning the soul into the Womb of Light. It does not demand extraordinary experiences, nor does it promise spiritual sensations, but rather reorganizes the orientation of the spirit to return straight to its source.

Practice it with gentleness, without ambition for miracles, and with the honesty of a child yearning for the protection of a mother and the guidance of their spiritual father.

صَلَوَاتُ ٱلنُّوْرِ ٱلْمُتَّصِلِ

(Sholawat of the Connected Light)

COMPLETE ARABIC TEXT

1. Wasilah (Opening)

إِلَى حَضْرَةِ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ ﷺ
وَسَيِّدَةِ نِسَاءِ الْعَالَمِينَ، أُمِّنَا فَاطِمَةَ الزَّهْرَاءِ عَلَيْهَا السَّلَامُ
وَعِبَادِ اللّٰهِ الصَّالِحِينَ، وَمُؤَلِّفِ صَلَوَاتِ النُّورِ الْمُتَّصِلِ، جَزَاهُمُ اللّٰهُ خَيْرًا

ٱلْفَاتِحَةُ (٣ مَرَّات)

📿 Recite Al-Fatihah 3 times.

وَإِلَى ذَاتِ الْعَبْدِ (سَمِّ نَفْسَكَ سِرًّا) جَسَدًا وَعَقْلًا وَنَفْسًا وَرُوحًا
وَإِلَى جَمِيعِ عَامِلِي صَلَوَاتِ النُّورِ الْمُتَّصِلِ وَجَمِيعِ الْبَشَرِ

ٱلْفَاتِحَةُ (٩ مَرَّاتٍ)

📿 Recite Al-Fatihah 9 times.

وَإِلَى وَالِدَيَّ، وَالْآبَاءِ وَالْأُمَّهَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ

ٱلْفَاتِحَةُ (مَرَّةً وَاحِدَةً)

📿 Recite Al-Fatihah 1 time.

2. Sholawat of a Mother's Love

اللَّهُمَّ يَا نُورُ، يَا لَطِيفُ، يَا رَحْمٰنُ، يَا رَحِيمُ، يَا سَلَامُ
صَلِّ وَسَلِّمْ وَبَارِكْ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ ٱلنَّبِيِّ ٱلْأُمِّيِّ
فِي كُلِّ نَفَسٍ، مُنْذُ أَوَّلِ نَفَسٍ فِي رَحِمِ ٱلْأُمِّ
إِلَىٰ حِينِ صُعُودِ ٱلْأَرْوَاحِ إِلَىٰ نُورِكَ ٱلْأَبَدِيِّ، فِي سَكِينَةٍ وَسَلَامٍ
بِعَدَدِ مَا أَفَاضَتِ ٱلْأُمَّهَاتُ فِي ذُرِّيَّاتِهِنَّ مِنْ رَحْمَةٍ وَحَنَانٍ
وَٱغْفِرْ لَنَا وَلِوَالِدَيْنَا فِي ظِلِّ عَرْشِكَ ٱلْكَرِيمِ

📿 Recite: 33 times

3. Sholawat of the Womb of Light

اللَّهُمَّ يَا مَالِكَ مُلْكِ جَسَدِي وَعَقْلِي وَنَفْسِي وَرُوحِي
صَلِّ وَسَلِّمْ وَبَارِكْ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّد، وَصِلْنِي بِنُورِهِ
اغْمِسْنِي فِي رَحِمِ نُورِ وَحْدَانِيَّتِكَ
أَنْتَ نُورٌ عَلَى نُورٍ، أَجْرِدْ قَلْبِي حَتَّى أَنَا فِيهِ أَنْتَ
ٱتَّصِلْ بِنُورِ تَجَلِّيِكَ اللَّدُنِّيِّ السَّاكِنِ

📿 Recite: 9 times

4. Witnessing of Light

ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِي حَفِظَنِي فِي سِرِّ نُورِهِ
وَثَبَّتَنِي عَلَىٰ مِيثَاقِهِ، وَرَدَّنِي إِلَىٰ رَحِمِ نُورِ ٱلْوَحْدَانِيَّةِ
فَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّهُ هُوَ رَبِّيَ ٱلْأَحَدُ
وَأَنَّ ٱلنُّورَ ٱلْمُتَّصِلَ هُوَ نُورُ مُحَمَّدٍ

📿 Recite: 3 times

5. Sholawat of the Mother of Light, az-Zahra

بِإِذْنِ اللّٰهِ، يَا صَاحِبَةَ الرَّحِمِ النُّوْرَانِيِّ ٱلْبَتُوْلِ
سَلَامُ اللّٰهِ عَلَيْكِ، يَا أُمِّي ٱلزَّهْرَاءَ، يَا مَلِكَةَ ٱلْجَنَّةِ وَٱلْكَوْثَرِ
يَا مَنْ نَظَرَتْ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ بِرَحْمَةِ أُمِّ أَبِيهَا
طَهِّرِينِي، يَا أُمِّي
بِقَطْرَةٍ مِنْ نُوْرٍ طَهَّرَكِ وَٱبْنَيْكِ ٱلنُّوْرَيْنِ، ٱلْحَسَنِ وَٱلْحُسَيْنِ
وَٱسْكُنِي فِي قَلْبِي، يَا أُمِّي، لِيَنْظُرَ إِلَىٰ نَبِيِّي

📿 Recite: 9 times

6. Sholawat of the Father of Light, Muhammad

يَا أَبَتِي يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، عَلَيْكَ الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ
نَحْنُ نَحْيَا فِي ظِلِّ نُوْرِكَ، وَأَنْتَ نُورُ مَعْبَرِ رُوحِي
فَصِلْنِي بِنُوْرِكَ يَا سَيِّدِي، ٱجْعَلْنِي فِي ضِيَائِكَ السَّكِينِ

📿 Recite: 9 times

يَا أَبَتِي يَا رَسُوْلَ اللهِ، صِلْنِي بِنُوْرِكَ

📿 Recite: 33 times

7. Stillness in the Light of Muhammad

اسْتَغْرِقُوا فِي ذِكْرِ النُّورِ

(become still, then enter into contemplation (tafakkur) by reciting
أَنَا فِي نُوْرِ مُحَمَّدٍ، مِنْ نُوْرِ اللّٰهِ
repeatedly in the heart for a minimum of 5 minutes)

8. The Supplication (Doa) of Nurul Muttashil

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

اللّهُمَّ يَا مَنْ تَسْتَجِيبُ قَبْلَ النِّدَاءِ
ٱجْعَلْ قَلْبِي مَجْرَى نُورِكَ ٱلْمُتَّصِلِ بِنُورِ مُحَمَّدٍ النَّدِيِّ
رَحْمَةً لِلْأَرْضِ وَمَنْ فِيهَا، وَفَجِّرْ فِينَا تَرْبِيَةً نَبَوِيَّةً
حَتّى أَكُونَ وَأَهْلِي وَجَمِيعَ الْعَالَمِينَ مِنَ الْمَهْدِيِّينَ
وَارْزُقْنِي بَهْجَةً وَأَمْنًا وَغِنًى وَشُكْرًا وَجُهْدًا فِي مَعْرِفَتِكَ
بِرَحْمَتِكَ وَمَحَبَّتِكَ وَرِضْوَانِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ

📿 Recite: 3 times

9. Closing

وَٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَالَمِينَ

رَشْحَةُ الْبَابِ الثَّامِنِ

THE ESSENCE OF THE EIGHTH CHAPTER

Sholawat Nurul Muttashil is not merely a series of words,
but a spiritual engine that moves the soul towards true connection.
It is a means (wasilah) for inner purification, sharpening the intellect,
and returning the soul into the Womb of Light.

It begins with Wasilah, gifting Al-Fatihah to the Prophet, Az-Zahra, and all practitioners.
Then Sholawat of a Mother's Love, reminding us of the first womb that was the door for the descent of light.
Sholawat of the Womb of Light, asking to be immersed in the unity of Divine attributes.
Witnessing of Light, affirming the testimony of Allah's Oneness and the Light of Muhammad.

Sholawat of the Mother of Light, az-Zahra, seeking purification from the sacred womb that gave birth to light.
Sholawat of the Father of Light, Muhammad, leaning on the safe bridge towards Divine majesty.
Stillness in the Light of Muhammad, realizing that the self is in the shelter of prophetic light.
The Supplication of Nurul Muttashil, asking that the heart become a channel of connecting light.
